The Deposit Operations Associate performs a wide variety of duties and provides quality service to bank customers of all subsidiaries in an efficient and professional manner. This includes but is not limited to: reviewing and reconciling Deposit Operations reports, assisting internal and external customers, performing account maintenance and research, monitoring disputed transactions, processing wire transfers and investigating non-posted transactions. Prefer a high school degree and 1 year experience in related position in a financial institution.
