Job Description :

As a Retail at Uniform Destination, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment.

Your responsibilities will include :

1. Aid Shopping Customers :

• Assist customers in finding the perfect scrubs and medical uniforms based on their preferences and requirements.
• Provide product information and guidance on sizing, styles, and brands.
• Ensure a positive and personalized shopping experience for every customer.

2. Point of Sales :

• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
• Process transactions, handle payments, and issue receipts.
• Maintain a tidy and organized checkout area.

3. Tagging and Putting Out Clothing :

• Ensure all clothing items are properly tagged and priced.
• Monitor and restock merchandise on the sales floor.

4. Flexible Availability :

• Evenings and weekends are a must to accommodate customer shopping patterns.
• Be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business.

Qualifications :

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge or interest in medical uniforms and scrubs is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency.

Compensation :

$15-$16 per hour, with opportunities for performance-based incentives.
