As a Wellness Membership Advisor for our Elements Massage studio, you will assist all our customers in their journey to wellness through massage! Here's what we are looking for-

• Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty
• The right candidate will like chatting, but more importantly- love listening, to all new, established, and prospective clients
• Capability to turn every incident of client criticism into a story of great customer service
• Prior retail sales experience preferred- selling memberships or services in‐person to potential clients
• Customer service in a spa‐like or similar environment is helpful but not required. Must be able to cater experiences that distinguish their value with attention and hospitality
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems is necessary. Scheduling and payments are all processed with our easy‐to‐learn computer programs
• Social media knowledge preferred, willingness to participate in marketing initiatives is a must
• Driven to create the best work environment for the team and the best experiences for the client!

Expected hours: 14 – 22 per week
