Since 2013, our site Unither Manufacturing LLC. based in Rochester (NY), specializes in the manufacture of Blow-Fill-Seal, Liquid Stick-Packs, Pharmaceutical bottles, Tablets and Capsules. It has more than 280 employees.

Your role

Reporting to the HR & HSE Director

Co-op, Human Resources:

Involved in hands-ontactical and planning projects to drive business outcomes through people, alongwith the following:
Variety of projects assigned with talent acquisition, training, talent development, compensation plan, and HRIS topics.
Other projects and tasks as assigned.

Your profile

Must be in pursuit of a degree in a Business or Human Resources-related field, or currently enrolled in HR-related coursework.

Co-Op's during Spring, Spring-Summer, and Summer semesters.
Full-time and Part-time available (Full-time preferred)
Prior experience a plus.

Compensation range

$20.00-$25.00 / hour

*Thereferenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for thisjob. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job'scompensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including,but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications,expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
