The Claims Administrative Assistant is an integral part of the healthcare claims management team, responsible for providing administrative support in the processing and handling of medical insurance claims.

The Claims Administrative Assistant is responsible in assisting the Claims department in all administrative/clerical activities.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative support capacity. Experience in a claims

department preferred.

• Must possess excellent customer service skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written; must be able to communicate logically

and clearly

• Microsoft Office: proficiency in Excel preferred
• Data entry proficiency
