JOB DESCRIPTION:
Successful candidate will be instrumental in the support/maintenance of the Body Worn Camera (BWC) / In-Car Camera (ICC) solution. This position serves as liaison with the BWC/ICC vendor. This position will be responsible for deployment and support of BWC/ICC database and data, inventory, handling all equipment warranty and maintenance issues, provide end user support/training, provide dissemination and redaction support, perform regular audits and assist with video categorization. Candidate may be required to testify in court. This position is responsible for installation of new hardware/software to facilitate functionality of BWC/ICC and other integrated software/hardware. An incumbent in this classification is on-call. Successful candidate will have Microsoft Windows and Office troubleshooting skills. Microsoft SQL and SCCM experience as well as an understanding of networking is preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and three years of programming, system analysis, or work experience related to area of assignment or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position. Preferred experience with BWC administration and support.
Salary Range:
$25.96 - $34.72/hr.
