We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the daily operations of direct reports and market growth of the Division 10 Department on the national scale for this continually expanding, exciting company.
The qualified applicant Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of project management/managerial experience with working knowledge of architectural drawings and related products, be well versed in all aspects of construction procedures including but not limited to: blue print and specification reading, take-offs, submittals, RFI'S, change orders, scheduling, logistics, field meetings, project close-out process including project financial oversight and possess great communication and writing skills.
