Job Description
Circus Time is a full-service amusement equipment rental company. We specialize in the rentals of inflatables (bounce houses, obstacle courses, water slides et cettera) and small portable mechanical rides. Our Services include the delivery, setup, and operation of our amusements. Our customers range from elementary schools to summer camps to township events. We travel all over the tristate area providing our FUN.
Circus Time is looking for a multi-faceted candidate to join our team! Are you the next candidate to become part of our family oriented environment?
This position will begin as a part-time, temporary position with the opportunity to form into a full-time position. We want to make sure that the candidate is a good fit and the candidate feels it is a good fit for them.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate is passionate about operations, enjoys problem-solving, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment (and loves to have FUN!)
- Must be comfortable driving a small box truck (on-site training provided)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and highly organized
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and well under pressure
Ability to multitask
Valid driver’s license required
Responsibilities
- As an Assistant to the Director/Event Specialist, You will be responsible for assisting in the planning, staffing, and executing of events, on and off event sites.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients before and day of the event.
Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a safe environment for customers and employees
Obtain COIs and other necessary paperwork for each event
Team Management
Hire, train, and supervise a strong and efficient event operations team.
Responsible for truck, rides, and equipment maintenance logging.
Assist in the Development of employee guidelines and policies, as well as a training program
Work directly with our event sales team to review upcoming events every week
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Internship.
Salary: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
