Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Caller to join our team. As a Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and generating sales leads. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in Spanish, and have experience in telemarketing and outbound calling.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
- Introduce and promote our products or services to potential customers
- Conduct warm calling to follow up on leads and generate sales opportunities
- Use persuasive techniques to negotiate and close sales deals
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions

Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively close sales deals
- Experience in telemarketing and outbound calling
- Knowledge of technical sales and ability to explain complex concepts in a clear manner
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage customer interactions
