We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager to join our team. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specific department within our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and managing a team of employees.

Duties:
- Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Sell products and services to customers, providing expert advice and assistance
- Manage the department's inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing shrinkage
- Recruit, train, and supervise department staff, providing ongoing coaching and development
- Organize and implement promotional activities to drive sales and increase customer engagement
- Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms for department merchandise
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Monitor department performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed to achieve sales targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience in wireless sales or related industry is highly desirable
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors to secure favorable terms
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues in a professional manner
- Previous experience in retail sales or management is preferred
- Multilingual skills are a plus
