About the role and why it’s unique:

• As the Responsible Gaming Operations Manager, you will play a critical and leading role in protecting our customers who may be at risk and for ensuring they only play if it makes sense and they can play appropriately and safely.
• You will manage the responsible gaming operations team, overseeing day-to-day operations.
• You will drive key RG advancements within our products and within our company.
• Work closely with AML and Customer Service to identify and resolve escalated cases and issues tied to RG concerns.
• Help drive a culture of responsible gaming through best in class customer support while making difficult decisions tied to responsible play.

Who you are:

• Experience in a responsible gaming operations role for a U.S. based fantasy operator and/or online sports book.
• In-depth knowledge of RG tools, procedures, and policies.
• Desire and ability to motivate and mentor a growing team.
• Possess the skill set to be the go-to contact for all RG operational needs and questions.

Even better if you have:

• Experience reviewing and dispositioning RG alerts and escalations.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in the sports betting and online gaming industry.
• Desire to help form and contribute to the continuous improvement of RG processes and systems.
