Our Corporate Offices located in Melville, NY is actively seeking a FT Data Integrity Analyst to join our busy team! This position will be responsible for ensuring pricing integrity in the registers and throughout the entire store. This individual will implement and coordinate all price changes while ensuring the accuracy of all pricing, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis clean-up projects by department; analyzing and understanding item relationships to consolidate data, identifying duplicate item records and combine records to determine most accurate and relevant data. 
• Prepare reports as needed
• Accurately complete all weekly price changes transmitted to the store file from Uncle Giuseppe’s to include both checking for and correcting any discrepancies
• Maintain the accuracy of the pricing file to match weekly sales, circulars and/or newspaper ads
• Handles not-on-file and price discrepancies as top priority
• Verifies that each new and existing item has the proper attributes programmed for food stamps, taxes (if applicable) and department status
• Maintains the mismatch items, price look-up codes (PLUs) and display exception priced items
• Maintains adequate and appropriate department records at all times. Updates pricing log changes weekly
• Adheres to all local, state and federal guidelines and laws and comply with all safety policies and procedures
• Other duties and functions as assigned

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience working in a retail environment with numbers and calculations is required
• Must be strong with math calculations and detailed with numbers
• Must be very detailed oriented, even tempered with a customer service focus
• Working knowledge of computer programs, with proficiency in MS office Suite. Must be Proficient with spreadsheets and calculations
• Must have a strong sense of motivation and urgency
