Umiak is searching for a dynamic individual to join their expanding program department. This full-time position is available year-round, and the ideal candidate must be proficient in working with both computer equipment and boating/skiing gear. Job Responsibilities: 

• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately 
• Making rental and program reservations on a point-of-sale system
• Educate customers about the surrounding area, boating equipment, and Umiak programs
• Transferring calls to the appropriate departments
• Managing and supporting program staff at our multiple locations
• Maintaining the organization of rentals and equipment 
• Using strong communication skills to interact with customers and staff
• Taking direction and being able to work independently
• Organizational skills, multi-tasking, and attention to detail 
• Facilitating rentals of outdoor equipment
• Assist retail department when needed

Work Hours & Benefits This position is 9-6 but varies on time of year and holidays.
