General Summary of Position:
The Prevention Education Coordinator is part of the Compliance & Violence Prevention staff. This position is knowledgeable in alcohol, other drug, and sexual violence prevention and is therefore responsible to assist in the development, implementation, oversight, and evaluation of an overall plan for the prevention of harm related to alcohol and other drug (AOD) use, and sexual violence. Key functions of this position include design and delivery of educational workshops, training programs, and content-oriented discussions, project management, assistance with grant writing, program assessment, and general administration duties. The Prevention Education Coordinator will participate in and support the mental health efforts on campus at the direction of the Director.
