Amazon - Ecommerce Account Manager
Are you an innovative, energetic team player? Are you passionate about rapidly growing ecommerce sales? We are looking for an Ecommerce Account Manager to join our highly motivated and talented Amazon ecommerce team.
UMA is a leading importer, wholesaler, and ecommerce partner for furniture and home decor. The company works with factories across the globe and has over 7000 products in stock for drop shipping. UMA has created distinct brands on over 30 top ecommerce sites. UMA is B-to-B and does not sell to the public on our website, but instead sells products to major ecommerce/omni-channel sites and drop ships the orders for them.
Responsibilities
· Help formulate and execute tactics to drive sales for our products on Amazon in North America and Europe.
· Online merchandising for our digital product catalog, product feeds, product attributes and variation.
· Help build and variate SKUs on Amazon.
· Reviews website visitor feedback, reviews, and digital analytics to evaluate and optimize product details such as attributes, imagery, and videos to optimize Amazon sales.
· Maintain and improve Amazon brand store.
· Analyze and mitigate content issues, product issues and shipping damages.
· Translate on-site tests and optimizations into clear and actionable insights through thoughtful data collection, in-depth analysis, sharp observations, smart story-telling, and compelling presentations.
· Reports to Director of Ecommerce.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
· Ecommerce experience selling products on Amazon with a first-party relationship or other major ecommerce sites such as Wayfair, Overstock, Walmart, Target, Home Depot or Lowe’s.
· Understanding of what drives volume sales by SKU across many products on high volume ecommerce sites.
· Home décor and furniture experience would be ideal. If a candidate does not have that experience, however, a passion for furniture and home décor is necessary.
· Excellent written and verbal communication.
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills, have a passion for data-driven decision making, thrive on challenges, and have a proven history of successful ecommerce growth.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
· Must be located in Greater Los Angeles area. Required to work in the office in Compton 4 days a week.
