Ayer Valleyis seeking an experienced and dedicated MDS Nurse LPNto fill a full-time, salaried position in our skilled nursing facility.

Some of the MDS Nurse LPN duties will be making sure that all paperwork is completed and the facility is receiving the maximum reimbursements entitled.You will collect data and gather information from staff and resident to create a detailed, accurate and comprehensive clinical assessment.

• An active state RN license is required.
