Ayer Valley Rehab & Nursing is seeking aUnit Manager RNto fill a full-timeposition in our skilled nursing facility. You'll be primarily responsible for overseeing day to day patient care, supervising, directing and developing nurse staff, and reporting to the Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient care.
