Our skilled nursing facilities are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Travel MDS Coordinator RN to fill a full-time, salaried position in our skilled nursing facility. Locations to include North Andover, Andover, Agawam, and Ayer.

Some of the Lead Travel MDS Coordinator RN duties will be making sure that all paperwork is completed and the facility is receiving the maximum reimbursements entitled.You will collect data and gather information from staff and resident to create a detailed, accurate and comprehensive clinical assessment.
