The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for overall supervision, coordination and administration of the facility. The qualified therapist will direct the Rehab Department, promoting Regalcare Rehab’s policies and clinical programs to meet the customer’s expectations and to contribute to clinical improvement of our patients/residents.

We value leaders who are solution-oriented and willing to provide guidance and support when uncertainty arises. The desired candidate must be well organized and motivated. Previous experience working as a therapist in a skilled nursing facility is required.
