This is 100% on-site role and not offering any hybrid/remote work options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct continuous review and management of internal systems to ensure accurate procurement requirements are generated.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with various groups to align purchasing activities with business needs.

• Develop and maintain procurement analysis for key materials, including purchasing activity, price trends, and future strategies.

• Manage the annual standard cost process and provide necessary data to support financial budgeting.

• Implement policies and procedures to ensure legal and efficient procurement practices throughout the organization.

• Cultivate equitable relationships with suppliers and establish long-term partnerships to support our competitive positioning.

• Generate purchase orders and schedule deliveries to support production schedules.

• Identify and develop new raw material sources as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, materials management, or related field; master's degree preferred.

• Certification in Purchasing Management (CPM) and Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred.

• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in purchasing and sourcing roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
