Job Description

Duties :

• Welcome and guide guests professionally
• Assist customers with addressing inquiries
• Manage incoming calls
• Maintain electronic calendars for scheduling and meetings.
• Keep staff records
• Administrative tasks such as : file sorting, document preparation, and computer operations.

Requirements :

• 1 year(s) of administrative or clerical work experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, etc.)
• High School Diploma or GED required

Additional Information :

• Pay : $40,000 to $46,000
• Hours : Monday to Thursday : 8 : 00am-4 : 00pm Friday : 8 : 00am to 6 : 00pm
• Location : In-office
