Quality Assurance Associate

$22-$30/HR

M-F // 8am to 5pm - 100% IN OFFICE

Our client is looking to bring on a top notch QA Associate to join their team. This role will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality across operations. This role is responsible for ensuring that our products/services meet regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and internal quality standards. This candidate needs meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough quality inspections and audits of products/services to identify deviations from quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to uphold product/service quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality tests, inspections, and findings.
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to employees on quality control processes and procedures.
• Participate in supplier/vendor audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality performance.
• Communicate quality issues, risks, and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree is highly desired.
• 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Proficiency in using quality control tools and software.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Windows System and MS Office Suite (Word & Excel - required)
• Certification in quality assurance (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) is a plus.
