Job Description :

The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for overseeing inventory levels, conducting audits, and implementing efficient inventory control procedures.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and identify discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory management processes.
• Assist in implementing inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and maximize efficiency.
• Generate reports on inventory performance and make recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Requirements :

• Previous experience in inventory management or a related field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Rate :

$17-$21 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
