• Accurate data entry for payroll and labor compliance documentation.
• Organization and management of project folders.
• Coordination of apprentices, ensuring compliance with apprenticeship ratios.
• Collection and follow-up on subcontractor labor compliance documents.
• Participation in project progress meetings as required.
• Processing of Apprenticeship Trust Fund payments.
• Management of payroll data within insurance portal systems.
• Maintenance and confidentiality of employee records.
• Collaboration with the Employee Incentive Program Team.
• Assistance with various HR documents and programs.
• Management of Drug and Alcohol Program (with provided training).
• Distribution of preliminary information forms upon request.
• Execution of miscellaneous administrative and accounting tasks.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication technologies.
• Maintenance of filing, record-keeping, and tracking systems.
• Discretion in handling confidential company and employee information.
• Competency in basic arithmetic for report preparation.
• An accounting background is preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
