Director of Nursing

Ultimate Rehab is seeking a compassionate, energetic and dedicated DON to join the team at a patient centered skilled nursing facility located in Cincinnati, OH. The primary responsibility is to direct the day to day operations of the facility. We are committed to providing the highest quality of care to our patients. You will be responsible for the leadership and management of the nursing department and partner with the Administrator to help drive the overall success of the facility. The DON must maintain standards of care in accordance with all applicable policies and procedures, current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long-term care as well as attracting, developing and retaining top talent and supervising and training team members.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee patient care and ensure quality care is provided
• Manage staff and ensure they are properly trained and mentored
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations
• Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and families
• Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient operations
