Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.
• Manage staffing levels and scheduling to maintain optimal resident care standards.
• Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and collaborate with healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans.
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and development among staff members.
• Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, administration, residents, and families to address concerns and promote open communication.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
• Experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
