Job Description:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse property management roles.
* Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure alignment with company values and requirements.
* Coordinate and facilitate positive candidate experiences during the interview process.
* Enhance and evaluate existing recruitment processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
* Implement best practices to improve the overall quality of the hiring process.
* Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and address talent requirements.
* Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and marketing teams to craft compelling employer branding strategies.
* Align recruiting strategies with organizational goals in collaboration with business leaders.
* Guide business leaders through the recruitment process, offering insights to enhance the quality of hires.
* Assist in analyzing the organization's entry into new markets.
* Develop and execute strategies and action plans to support the company's national growth plan.
* Innovate and execute on recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
* Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
