Seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team in Pasadena. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
Maintain office supplies inventory, ordering new supplies as needed and ensuring adequate stock levels.
Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, room setup, and catering arrangements.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assist with special projects and events as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
2 years of experience in an office administrative or coordinator role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Previous experience in healthcare or related industry is a plus.
Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
Salary:
$17-20 per hour, depending on experience.
