"Seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to Drive Operational Excellence!"

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Process Engineer to join a dynamic company committed to excellence and innovation in the manufacturing industry located in Pacific, MO. In this role, you will work under the guidance of the Plant Manager to develop, maintain, and improve various maintenance programs, as well as lead capital expense and engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean principles and a passion for driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Job Title: Manufacturing Process Engineer

Location: Pacific MO (Onsite)

Salary: $85-105K DOE

Responsibilities:

• Support production by identifying and eliminating process limitations and bottlenecks.
• Conduct time studies and line balancing projects to determine best practices and define standard work.
• Lead Kaizen events in areas of 5S, TPM, Standard Work, Set-up Reduction/SMED, etc.
• Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives to reduce waste and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Participate in and champion LEAN manufacturing process activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• 2-5 years of experience, preferably in the chemical industry.
• Working knowledge of chemical process equipment, including rotating equipment, heat transfer, conveyors, storage tanks, and vessels.
• General knowledge of project management, reliability engineering, and root cause analysis.
• Strong technical background in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with demonstrated experience in the chemical industry.
• Must be a hands-on problem solver with a proactive approach to addressing plant issues.
