Job Duties/Description:

• Assist and support 3-4 attorneys daily
• Prepare, draft and finalize documents, complaints, depositions and emails, etc.
• Manage attorney calendars, coordinate and schedule travel arrangements and expense reports
• Manage docket deadlines: calendar hearings, mediations, deadlines and trials
• Interpreting and applying court rules and procedures
• Trial preparation and support and gathering documents
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Requirements:

• 3 years' experience in litigation and personal injury
• Must understands the rules associated with individual states filing
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Neos

Additional Info:

• Pay range: $60-70K
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30a-5p
• Location: 100% in office, 1x day remote after 90 days
• Type: Direct Hire
