Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Hanover, MD

Job Type: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent

Pay Rate: $17 to $20 an hour depending on experience

Ultimate Staffing is assisting a dynamic and growing company dedicated to providing excellent products/services to their customers.

Job Description:
They are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting and problem resolution
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
