Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide exceptional service and support to our valued customers. Pay range $18-22/hr.
Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify and escalate priority issues as needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to empathize with customers and address their needs
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, etc.)
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
