Customer Service Coordinator - Delray Beach, FL
We are supporting a stable and growing organization in Delray Beach, FL looking to add a stellar customer service coordinator to their team. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator includes:
- Answer incoming calls and answer any immediate questions, deescalate issue, and/or connect customers to the appropriate team.
- Corresponds to customer interactions via email, phone, text or chat
- Maintain and update office records, including employee files, vendor contracts, and other important documents.
- Check "incomplete" calls and update status in internal notes; notify managers of any situations that require follow-up.
- Work cross-functionally with other customer support departments to help resolve billing and payment issues.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including MS Excel
