We are seeking a Construction Estimator (2904) for a growing client of ours in Ontario, CA that has experience with Estimating both overhead and underground electric projects for utility projects. You will be responsible for estimating total project costs, overseeing the bidding process, vendor sourcing, change orders, and additional responsibilities as needed. Please send your resume
Pay: $70K DOE
Schedule: M-F 8-5
Responsibilities:
Bid/Proposal Management
Contract Negotiations
Vendor Sourcing and Management
Cost Analysis of Commercial and Residential New Development and Renovation Projects
Ensure that projects are being completed on time and regularly provide updates to clients and management
Requirements:
5 years of Estimating experience
High School Diploma or equivalent Required; bachelor's Degree preferred
Software Proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam, ProContractor, AutoCAD is a Plus!
