Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our client's team as a Client Service Representative. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a Client Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely and accurate information
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Assist clients with account setup, onboarding, and troubleshooting as needed
- Process client orders, payments, and refunds accurately and efficiently
- Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services
- Address client concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, striving to resolve issues to the client's satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in client service, customer support, or a related role is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Additional Information:
- Type: Full-time / Temp-to-hire
- Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 depending on experience
- Location: Lawrence, MA (100% Onsite; Remote work not permitted)
- Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday)
