A-Affordable Insurance agency is looking to hire a bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative at our Lawrence office. Pay is hourly plus a rewarding upcapped incentive plan paid biweekly.
What is the job?
You will be part of a team of CSRs assisting customers over the phone and in person with their insurance needs
Typical duties include, answering phones in a timely manner, assisting customers with policy questions, processing payments, as well as quoting and selling insurance
As a CSR you are responsible for advocating for our customers in effort to resolve their issues in a professional manner
Those who like to talk, are outgoing and friendly, communicate well and enjoy working with customers are the ones who succeed!
One unique and rewarding aspect of the position is that you will have the opportunity to do everything from service to sales, which creates a rewarding and challenging work environment
Hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm, as well as alternating Saturdays from 9am-1pm
What are the qualifications?
You must be friendly and provide professional service with a smile, strong customer service skills are a must!
Ideal candidate has at least 3 years of customer service or sales experience
Must be organized and competent navigating multiple computer screens and websites, think multi-tasking
Enjoy working as part of a team
Possess a strong willingness to work hard and sometimes long hours to get the job done
Bilingual Portuguese or Spanish preferred
Candidates with prior insurance agency experience are preferred
Base pay based on experience
No experience, no problem. We provide paid training.
