Job Duties:
* Assist the sales department with account setup and report preparation via CRM.
* Support proposal and RFP generation
* Conduct client prospecting research
* Prepare contracts, weekly reports, and billing forms.
* Work with the finance department to address billing issues if needed
* General office tasks (when needed) - order supplies, shipping, answer phones, maintain files, etc.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 1 years of in-office work experience - administrative or sales support
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.).
* Experience using Salesforce CRM and/or the Adobe Creative Suite is a huge plus!
Additional Info:
* Pay range: $40,000 to $45,000
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
* Location: HYBRID - 3x in office/week
