We are partnered with a local independent insurance agency in search of an experienced Property & Casualty Account Executive to join their team onsite in Needham, MA. This is a direct hire and fully onsite position and is not permitted for remote work.

Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 OTE

Responsibilities:

• Lead a diverse portfolio of commercial clients ensuring exceptional customer service
• Maintain and nurture relationships and increase retention and customer satisfaction
• Identify appropriate solutions for clients needs through understanding business and reccommend applicable products and programs
• Cultivate relationships with carriers and negotiate coverage and pricing as needed
• Lead renewal cycle developing strategies with workflows and procedures

Requirements:

• 3 years of commercial lines insurance experience
• Property & Casualty license
• Extensive understanding of commercial lines coverage
• Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Accountable and self-sufficient
