We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry Level Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing efforts for our fundraising events. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing campaigns, engage with our audience, and promote our events through various channels. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote fundraising events.
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including print collateral, digital content, and promotional items.
• Assist with the management of social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities for engagement.
• Assist in planning and coordinating promotional events, including outreach, logistics, and on-site support.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Support email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance tracking.
• Assist with website management, including content updates, optimization, and tracking.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing calendars.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools/platforms.
• Enthusiasm for nonprofit work and event fundraising initiatives.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Previous marketing experience or internships are a plus but not required.
