• Plan, coordinate, and execute community events, workshops, and programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and positive community experiences.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with community leaders, residents, and organizations.
• Act as a liaison between the community and our organization, addressing concerns and fostering collaboration.
• Organize and facilitate educational sessions and workshops that benefit the community.
• Provide information on available resources and support services.
• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for community programs and events.
• Foster a sense of community and appreciation among volunteers.
• Work collaboratively to address community needs and enhance overall well-being.
• Assist in developing communication materials to promote community events and initiatives.
• Utilize various channels, to increase awareness and engagement.
• Collect and analyze data related to community engagement and program outcomes.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for internal stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Work, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in community engagement or a related role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with diverse community members.
• Organizational and project management abilities.
• Passion for community development and social impact.
