We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Understand clients' fundraising goals and objectives, and provide personalized support and guidance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Process client requests, donations, and sponsorships accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, donations, and sponsorships in the CRM system.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of client services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to better serve clients and anticipate their needs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for helping others and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service or client relations preferred but not required.
