Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, donations, and sponsorships in the CRM system.
- Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall client experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of client services.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to better serve clients and anticipate their needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for helping others and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or client relations preferred but not required.
