Ultimate Care NY is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team!

As a Scheduling Coordinator , you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and effective scheduling of our home health care staff to meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of staff schedules and assignments.
• Monitor and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure optimal utilization of staff resources.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients, staff, and other stakeholders to address scheduling needs and changes.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and onboard new staff members.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and company policies related to scheduling and staffing.
• Ensure compliance with all documentation and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in scheduling or coordination, preferably in a healthcare or home care setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. ·
• Ability to adapt to new software and work models.
• Knowledge of HHAeXchange
