We are looking for the Ultimate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Ultimate team!

We are looking for both Per Diem as well as full time nurses to conduct field visits in the Long Island (Suffolk and Hempstead) and Queens area!

What we're looking for:

• Accepting employees with all levels of nursing experience!
• Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
• A positive attitude: you are a team player, and you work effectively with different teams.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven organizational skills with great attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document vital patient information
• Obtain essential documentation.
• Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to office staff
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members.
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families

Requirements

• Valid New York State nursing license.
• 1 years of nursing experience (preferably in home care).
• 1 years of experience conducting field assessments.
• Go-getter that is resourceful and able to work effectively with the tools at hand.

Compensation: $90,000-95,000 annually $5,000 Sign-On Bonus opportunity for additional per diem rate of 85-95$ on top of salary for additional visits.

Per Diem: 85-95$ per assessment.
