Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Installer with expertise in carpet, sheet vinyl, and luxury vinyl plank installations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate both speed and precision in their work, aligning with our standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately measure, cut, and install various types of flooring.

• Ensure all installations are completed to high standards, meeting client expectations.

• Manage materials, tools, and on-site preparations to streamline installation processes.

• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

• Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining the professional image of UELLC.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Flooring Installer.

• Proficient in installing carpet, sheet vinyl, and luxury vinyl plank.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and customer service skills.
