Overview
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities include requirements gathering, impact analysis, data analysis, and facilitation creating work effort estimates for new features and fixes, and projects. Continuously look for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the company.
This role will primarily focus on IT infrastructure projects, where you will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and managing the business requirements and data analysis for our organization's technology infrastructure initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Business/Technical Analysis : Conduct thorough analyses of business processes, systems, and infrastructure requirements to identify gaps, opportunities, and potential risks. Translate business needs into clear and detailed technical requirements and specifications.
2. Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Provide expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements and build strong relationships. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements, address concerns, and align expectations.
4. Documentation and Reporting: Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and technical specifications. Prepare clear and concise reports to communicate project progress, issues, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as IT architects, developers, infrastructure engineers, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of IT infrastructure projects. Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members.
6. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies related to IT infrastructure projects. Develop strategies to mitigate risks, ensure compliance, and maintain project stability and security.
