Responsible for the direction, administration, and coordination of a facility or facilities or region of the Facilities Department. Responsible for controlling major office modifications, site improvements, maintenance and repair functions by in-house staff, vendors, internal/external contractors. Develops and manages operating, expense and capital budgets for the Department as well as the space budget for the entire operation. Operates within those budgets as directed by the Regional Facilities Leader or Facilities Director. Explores space cost reduction measures with the intent of optimizing facility operating expenses. Designs and administers systems and procedures to effectively manage compliance issues of significant exposure and potential liability. Works on Corporate projects that result in establishing policy, procedures and direction that impact all ULS facilities. May be assigned additional operational responsibilities at the direction of the Regional Facilities Leader or Facilities Director.
