UJet is Hiring a Remote Director, Global Systems Integrators

Opportunity 

This is an opportunity to lead the Channel Sales Organization at UJET. We are looking for an exceptional person to help support the achievement of the team and wider strategic business goals.

The role reports to the COO with a focus on regional partner relationships. The Channel Sales Organization works directly with partners and the UJET quota carrying sales executives and sales leadership. This is a field based role. UJET is looking for a self-motivated high performer who is a team player, partner centric, accountable and seeks to consistently over achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

As a UJET Director of Global System Integrators you will be responsible for:

  • Support relationships with key people at GSI’s that own both the contact center and Google offerings globally
  • Work closely with Google teams to maintain alignment with GSI’s, Google and UJET
  • Manage pipeline for CCAIP deals supported by partners
  • Help drive partner enablement for both sales and delivery for GSI partners
  • Assisting sales and partners with any issues or conflicts that may arise during GSI-driven opportunity registration or during the field engagement process
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (including SE organization, product marketing, sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to deliver a world class experience for partners
  • Travel is required for regional coverage of partner meetings, events, networking, etc.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience

  • 5 years of technology sales and channel sales experience. Experience selling Contact Center as a
  • Service preferred
  • BA or BS degree preferred in a technical, business or related field
  • Experience building and managing multiple partner relationships. Experience within the Master
  • Agent and VAR community of partners preferred
  • Understanding of the partner landscape within the region
  • Understanding of opportunity qualification, running a deal cycle and forecasting
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape
  • Ability to recruit, develop and build Go to Market plans with top partners in the region
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Interface at all organizational levels maintaining strong working relationships across cross-functional
  • teams
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to be successful

Qualifications

  • Prefer 5 years experience selling through the Master Agent Channel and/or VAR channel
  • Prefer 5 years experience selling channel contact center solutions with a focus on Contact Center-as-a-Service (CCaaS) solutions
  • Strong relevant partner relationships within Region (West/East)
  • Working knowledge of salesforce.com
  • Strong communication, presentation, organization and teaming/relationship skills
