Responsibilities:
- Becoming familiar with the iOS App Design & Development curriculum framework and following the strategic pacing plan for the targeted content to be completed within the 6-week program
- Designing an engaging curriculum implementation strategy which alternates between whole group, small group, and individual learning experiences
- Adapting traditional and non-traditional teaching methods to provide instruction and support to Scholars based on their individual needs, abilities, and interests
- Establishing, managing, and maintaining a safe and equitable classroom environment which ensures daily outcomes are met and Scholars stay on track relative to larger program outcomes
- Qualitatively assessing Scholar learning each week, providing feedback and learning support as needed
- Documenting techniques and approaches used to implement the iOS App Design & Development curriculum to serve as a program resource
- Participating in weekly staffing meetings to ensure information is exchanged and used in the development and support of the iOS App Design & Development Lead Instructor and Scholar learning experiences
