Position Summary
This position contributes to the design and delivery of research projects and collaborates with researchers to develop, execute and interpret research projects. Performs complex data collection and study methods.
Duties & Responsibilities
perform experimental design, and setup, data acquisition, analysis and interpretation, maintenance of digital and hard copy of experimental plan and results reagent and sample preparation autoclaving, cell culture maintenance, isolation of plasmid DNA from bacteria specialized tools such as genotyping, western blotting, calcium assay through flex station, RT-PCR, In-vitro cell culture sample preparation for flow cytometry, Immunofluorescence assay handling and maintenance of mouse colonies, genotyping and blood sample collection supervise and train graduate and under graduate students in handling the equipment’s and explain experimental protocols. Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
