This is a J1 Student internship in the Shin lab. The trainee is a senior undergraduate pharmacy student in the University of Brasilia. He will come to the laboratoryLearn how to prepare biomaterials for cell encapsulation Learn how to make a droplet microfluidic device to single cell encapsulation Learn how to make microgels loaded with recombinant proteins Learn how to encapsulate single cells in gel coatings Learn how to perform downstream analyses after making protein-loaded microgels and gel-coated cells
